A large landscaping job with limited access.
All machinery was brought in through the neighbours property (with many thanks) and many materials on site where re-used or recycled to keep costs down.
The plan was to move a large section of dirt down to a lower lawn to level it out, then build 950mm high stone retaining walls and finish off the lower level with a lovely stone BBQ area with seating and planters, all new lawn and an exposed aggregate concrete path.
Upper level to have retaining walls to both neighbours and a series of raised and lowered planted areas to create an interesting but relaxing place to kick back and enjoy the view of the harbour
